The most ambitious project I have partaken in is SyncroChromia, a rhythm first-person shooting game in which the player must shoot differently colored enemies with the correct colored bullets to the beat of a song. It was developed by a team of 13 other game developers along with myself, and I was part of the design team. My responsibilities included contributing to the development of documentation, designing systems and mechanics, and most prominently level design, among other occasional tasks. I designed the first and fourth levels of the game. The first level is pictured above. It's a vibrant forest, full of hills and mystical trees and foliage. Landmarks include a fallen tree that nearly blocks the player's path forward, a large lake overlooking a cliffside, and a massive tree in the level's largest chamber.
